A successful TLM Implementation Specialist participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support) under the direction of the Project Manager and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the UKG Ready solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, and identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. This person will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of the new client’s Time & Labor Module implementation and establishing a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.

This position's approximate base salary range is $65,000-$85,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
