Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist - (Remote - Europe - US)

We are seeking a Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist for one of our clients, working remotely from Europe or the United States.

In this role, you will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of a media asset management platform. You will collaborate with administrators and end users to guide them through workflows, best practices, and key decisions during implementation and ongoing support. A strong understanding of post-production workflows, from content ingestion to delivery, along with a passion for training and user support, is essential. You will also work with internal teams to enhance training programs and improve user experience.

Accountabilities:

• Gather and analyze customer requirements to define deployment goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead training sessions and consultations to optimize platform usage.
• Create and maintain training materials such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate smooth platform adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers and support teams to resolve technical issues, including API challenges.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements for media management processes.
• Document deployment strategies, progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in media asset management, digital media workflows, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of video/audio formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with media asset management platforms such as Iconik or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in creating training materials and conducting user training.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and workflow optimization mindset.
