Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Implementation Specialist who can lead clients through the setup of complex SaaS or ERP systems, using a consultative approach to tailor the platform to each business’s unique workflows and goals.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding new clients through a structured, data-driven onboarding process to maximize their success and adoption.
What You’ll Do:●Lead new customers through structured onboarding from kickoff through go-live.
●Consultatively assess client workflows, needs, and business processes to configure RunLoyal’s system for best fit.
●Coordinate data migration, system configuration, and integrations.
●Provide interactive training sessions via calls, video sharing sessions, and written materials.
●Track and report onboarding metrics such as time-to-launch, activation rates, and customer satisfaction.
●Identify workflow gaps and recommend best practices to clients to drive faster adoption.
●Proactively manage onboarding project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
●Collaborate closely with internal product, support, and data teams to resolve onboarding roadblocks.
●Maintain clear, detailed client documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
●Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our onboarding process.
What You Bring:Must-Have Qualifications:●3+ years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology onboarding/implementation.(Highly preferred in the pet care and related industry)
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Highly consultative approach with ability to understand complex workflows.
●Strong project management skills: manage multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines.
●Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to track multiple client progress points.
●Strong follow-through to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding process.
●Metrics-driven mindset: comfortable setting onboarding KPIs and measuring success.
●Tech-savvy: Proficient with Excel, CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce), and support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
●Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mentality.
Preferred Qualifications:●Prior experience in pet care, veterinary, or related industries.
●Exposure to SaaS data migration, and experience documenting business processes.
●Familiarity with implementation tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, JIRA).
●Knowledge of reporting/analytics tools to measure client onboarding health.
●Passion for pets and the pet care industry!
