Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication required.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize introductory meetings with Sales Executive and customer after contract and deposit.
• Coordinate with customer accounts to define goals and objectives.
• Create and assign project issues with clear goals and target dates.
• Monitor issues with regular updates and escalations as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate customer meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Coordinate with Deployment and Inventory to prepare equipment for shipment.
• Document customer requirements for future product enhancements.
• Prepare estimates and specifications with Development and Sales per policy.
• Manage timelines for commitments and keep customers informed.
• Oversee phased rollouts for multi-store sites with on-site visits.
• Create project plans aligning with customer expectations.
• Schedule onsite and remote resources to meet the schedule.
• Report weekly on installation schedules to minimize conflicts.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews with customers before closing.
