Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to support the Senior Implementation Project Manager across planning, execution, and multi-wave ERP rollouts. You will own ERP workstreams, develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and manage risks to deliver milestones.

Collaboration with functional leaders and external partners will ensure solution validation and readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience supporting or managing ERP implementation workstreams is preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred; ERP implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all ERP implementation phases across planning, execution, and multi-wave rollout.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery of ERP workstreams within the global program.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Monitor project performance and drive accountability for task completion.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Partner with functional leaders to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing activities, including planning, execution oversight, defect management, and completion readiness.
• Manage readiness activities for data migration, process validation, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners, SMEs, and IT.
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with PMO standards and governance.
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.
