Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead engagements from presales through delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will shape scope, timelines, and resources, partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Solution Architects to ensure successful handovers.

With 10 years in project management or similar roles and PMP certification, you will drive governance, mitigate risks, and contribute to SoW, pricing, and cost models while maintaining strong executive

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of project management experience or in similar roles.
• PMP Certification required.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project and Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement during presales and transition to execution.
• Shape and validate scope, timelines, and resource models.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Solution Architects.
• Ensure governance and seamless handover from pursuit to delivery.
• Lead global cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Drive input into SoW, pricing, and cost models.
• Establish executive-level stakeholder relationships.
