Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead complex ERP implementation and integration initiatives in a manufacturing-oriented enterprise. You will manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance while coordinating IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong project management discipline, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including ERP initiatives.
Experience with M&A integration and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects from initiation through stabilization.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, communication plans, and governance structures.
Coordinate internal teams, IT vendors, implementation partners, and third-party consultants.
Drive issue resolution and escalation to maintain momentum and minimize business disruption.
Ensure successful transition from legacy systems while maintaining operational continuity.
Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and status reporting.
Establish and maintain PM standards, templates, and best practices for ERP initiatives.
