Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Distribution Project Manager in North Carolina to lead multiple construction projects. You will coordinate between sales and operations, perform feasibility studies, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

The role requires degrees or equivalent experience, readiness to manage several projects simultaneously, and strong CAD/GIS tool skills. Relocation and growth opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; experience may substitute with relevant 3+ years.
• 2 years related work experience; in lieu of an Associates, 3 years with HS/GED acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree desired; additional business/engineering focus preferred.
• 5 years related work experience desired; Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt is a plus.
• Understanding of safety policies, government rules, and regulatory needs.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and maps.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple simultaneous distribution projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and determine best approach for construction.
• Act as liaison between sales and operations staff.
• Plan and manage all aspects of distribution construction projects.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for short and long-term planning.
• Conduct trend and cost reporting analyses.
• Coach and assist in training Associate DPSs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
