Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise SaaS projects. You will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and risk frameworks are applied to deliver on schedule.

You will drive executive communication, maintain schedules and RAID logs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to align requirements with customer needs. Occasional client-site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall business experience
• At least 5 years leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects
• PMP certification required
• Strong command of project management methodologies, governance structures, and risk frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own full implementation plans for assigned projects
• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item trackers
• Deliver internal and external status reports, executive summaries, and progress updates
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, address risks, and communicate next steps
• Travel to client sites for kickoffs, discovery, or critical milestones
