Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple integration and operational readiness initiatives from planning through execution. You will define scope, develop charters and plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery in regulated environments.

The role requires PMP certification or equivalent, 4+ years in project/program management, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in project or program management, or related technical roles.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• ISO 13485, ISO 9000, and Quality System Regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple business integration and operational readiness projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
• Define and manage project scope in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality plans to support successful project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication plans and provide project updates to stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback into project planning and execution activities.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to support product and process launches.
