Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to drive success, readiness, and risk management for client implementations. This role governs onboarding, engages executive stakeholders, and protects payroll operations and client outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, address readiness concerns, and influence scope and go‑live timing while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HCM, payroll, HRIS, SaaS implementation, or related client-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading complex client implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, HR leaders, payroll admins, or decision-makers.
• Experience managing multiple projects with timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation conversations with executive and business owner stakeholders.
• Schedule and run client and team cadence calls.
• Define client expectations and responsibilities.
• Address scope changes, readiness concerns, and delays.
• Communicate readiness, compliance, or required changes clearly.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Guide Sales and internal teams on client readiness and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across departments.
