Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client implementations, protect client outcomes, and maintain operational stability for Payroll Experts. You will manage executive stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and ensure go-live readiness across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes governance, collaboration, and delivering complex projects on time while supporting onboarding and training of the implementation staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Direct collaboration with executive stakeholders, HR leaders, and payroll admins.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation conversations with executive and business owner stakeholders.
• Schedule and lead client and team cadence calls for applicable projects.
• Establish and enforce client expectations and responsibilities.
• Identify implementation risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Guide go-live decisions and ensure readiness across teams.
