Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead the Implementation support staff and ensure Web Pay products are set up accurately within SLAs. This on-site role is based at our Schaumburg, IL location with no remote option.

You will mentor consultants, drive training improvements, hire staff, and coordinate resources across departments to maintain implementation success. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of management experience are required, along with strong Excel and SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience with team development.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
• Experience with workflow processes in a matrix environment is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting to resolve payroll issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Project Management or Change Management a plus.
• Knowledge of Access, SQL or Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Physical requirement: sit for extended periods at a desk.

• Lead and mentor Implementation support staff and ensure service levels.
• Handle unresolved client issues promptly with courteous service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure policy consistency.
• Assess and manage training needs with Learning & Development.
• Develop motivation activities and incentives.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring candidates.
• Provide feedback to staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule resources with the Department Director.
