Job summary

Ncontracts, headquartered in Nashville, seeks an Implementation Support Coordinator to assist the TPRM Implementation team. This entry-level role focuses on administrative coordination, updating records, and routing information to enable Implementation Specialists to concentrate on client-facing work and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience; entry point role.
• Comfortable learning company policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of following established processes.
• Confident producing clear, concise written notes and status updates using templates.
• Willing to learn TaskRay and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Update implementation status fields in TaskRay based on direction from Implementation Specialists.
• Support assigned Implementation Specialists with day-to-day coordination tasks.
• Route information requests between Implementation Specialists and supporting teams.
• Send scheduled status updates to Customer Success and Vendor Success Managers using templates.
• Compile weekly or monthly status summaries from provided information.
• Maintain implementation records in TaskRay and flag stale records.
• Listen to client calls and internal meetings, producing organized notes.
• Prepare meeting materials as directed by managers.
