The TPRM Implementation team supports financial institution, credit union, and mortgage company clients through complex, cross-functional vendor risk management implementations. The Implementation Support Coordinator supports an assigned pod of Implementation Specialists by handling defined administrative and coordination tasks that keep implementation records accurate and information moving between the right people.
This is not a client-facing role. Working under regular direction and following established procedures, you'll update records, prepare materials, and route information as directed - freeing up Implementation Specialists to focus on direct client work, technical problem-solving, and training delivery.
