Job summary

Corpay in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to oversee the implementation workflow within the NAT division. You will coordinate account setup activities, ensure data accuracy, and provide day-to-day leadership for the implementation team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Fleet, you will collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Client Services, and Project Management to clarify requirements and drive on-time delivery, while monitoring SLAs and improving processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in customer service or related professional experience required.
• 2–3 years of related customer service or operational experience preferred, incl. 1 year in account implementation.
• Previous leadership, workflow coordination, or peer guidance experience preferred.
• Salesforce knowledge and Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation workflow and supervise account setup activities.
• Coordinate with ITS and ensure complete and accurate account information.
• Serve as liaison between Implementation, Sales, Client Services, and Project Management.
• Create implementation plans, set priorities, and provide status updates.
• Analyze metrics to identify quality, efficiency, and outcomes improvements.
• Monitor queues to ensure workloads and SLAs are met.
• Identify delays and roadblocks; coordinate actions to avoid backlog.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team; address escalations.
• Recommend actions to reduce backlogs and improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
