What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you lead and coordinate on-site cleaning operations to keep client facilities safe and spotless . In this key role, your daily Janitorial Lead duties include:

Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning work zones, and conducting daily safety huddles .

Training new team members on safety, PPE, equipment, and cleaning standards .

Inspecting completed work, maintaining logs, and stepping in as a Custodial Team Lead to perform cleaning tasks as needed .

Managing supply inventory, chemical dilutions, and communicating with management and clients .

What You Bring To The Team

1+ years of supervisory experience leading team members .

Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory tracking .

Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs .

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude .
