Job summary

Procure Analytics seeks an Implementation Manager to onboard new member companies, coordinate supplier-led rollouts, and train customers during the first 100 days. You will build trusted relationships with member firms and drive successful implementation projects across North America.

You will lead rollout plans, collaborate with supplier partners, and present offerings while traveling as needed to client sites and webinars. A strong account-management and PM background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; graduate degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of account management, consulting, and/or project management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with member companies to understand objectives and needs.
• Manages rollout and program implementation with new members; develops project plans.
• Coordinates implementation of value-added programs and on-site meetings.
• Delivers overview and training presentations, on-site or via webinar.
• Builds relationships with supplier partners to drive mutual value and issue resolution.
• Problem-solves through internal partners, suppliers, and member companies.
• Identifies opportunities for additional PA offerings within new customers.
• Maintains records and completes implementation steps.
• Travel up to 25-50% to member locations in North America.
