Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive onboarding experience for providers and suppliers.
• Oversee implementation projects and mentor team members.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI capabilities to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and negotiate outcomes.
• Create detailed project plans with objectives, schedules, and dependencies.
• Set expectations and report status; assess risks and mitigate.
• Manage changes to scope/schedule and ensure SLAs are met.
• Troubleshoot new implementations and provide ongoing support.
• Document configurations and rollout processes; influence process improvements.
