Job summary

Procure Analytics, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking an Implementation Manager to onboard new member companies and coordinate supplier-led rollout activities. You will develop project plans, train customers, and report on progress during the first 100 days of onboarding.

The role requires strong account management, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to travel across North America. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant graduate degree or PMP is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, consulting, and/or project management preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer products a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
• Ability to understand and use quantitative data to solve problems and create value.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with member companies to understand objectives and needs.
• Coordinate implementation with supplier-led teams and manage rollout plans.
• Conduct on-site meetings and webinars; train members on offerings and processes.
• Maintain records and track activity and opportunities during onboarding.
• Travel up to 25–50% of the time to member locations in North America.
