Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to oversee a high-performing onboarding team. You will mentor analysts, drive performance, and coordinate with Sales, Global Delivery, and steady-state Operations to ensure smooth client handovers and knowledge transfer.

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial instruments, plus experience with project management tools and relational databases, is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant experience leading and managing Implementation teams.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and retain a substantial team.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across Global Delivery teams.
• Direct subordinates, applying rules, policies, and management oversight.
• Manage errors in decision-making or failure to achieve results to avoid schedule delays.
• Frequently interact with subordinates and functional peer groups, requiring cooperation and technical presentations on topics such as projects and schedules.
• Supervise professional, skilled, and support individual contributors directly.
• Operate within a global framework, coordinating operational teams across diverse time zones.
• Demonstrate effective management of both people and projects.
