Job summary

Purchasing Power, part of PROG Holdings, is hiring an Associate Implementation Manager to supervise client onboarding and end-to-end implementation projects. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, validating data transfers, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing account administration.

You will work with brokers, TPAs, and internal partners to meet milestones and deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for direct clients and partner clients alike.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client onboarding or implementation in a B2B environment.
• Strong project coordination with timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with standardized processes and secure data transfers.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in employee benefits or related ops.
• Experience with B2B electronic/manual data transfers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding timelines for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing administration.
• Communicate milestones, requirements, deadlines, and updates to clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal partners.
• Coordinate setup of new clients using standardized processes and secure data transfer methods.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams and Account Executives on low-complexity platform changes.
• Gather and translate business/technical requirements for onboarding and data transfers.
• Maintain organized implementation documentation and accurate client configurations.
• Monitor projects against deadlines and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to reduce administrative burden.
• Demonstrate ownership from initiation to completion of onboarding and client changes.
