Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to onboard provider and supplier clients and optimize our platforms for maximum benefits.

You will lead on-site builds and integrations, acting as a trusted advisor across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will drive the Implementation Team, deliver process improvements through documentation, automation, and AI capabilities, and mentor other managers while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or business field; 4–6+ years in similar roles preferred.
• Proven track record driving successful projects and software adoption.
• Experience delivering customer success best practices and consultative support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive onboarding experiences and ensure providers maximize platform value.
• Oversee implementation projects, engaging suppliers and customers, mentoring other managers.
• Document processes, automate where possible, and improve IPM productivity.
• Gather project requirements, set scope, and negotiate outcomes for success.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Suppliers and Customer Success to meet savings commitments.
