Job summary

You will configure API connections, map banking integrations, train customers, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure on-time launches and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional services, implementation, or technical consulting in fintech/SaaS/banking.
• Experience leading multiple projects with deadlines and risk management.
• Hands-on API configuration, integration troubleshooting, and API documentation understanding.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and set expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–6 concurrent client implementation projects end-to-end, managing timelines and risks.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding platform configuration decisions and best practices for origination setup.
• Map API configurations for core banking integrations; troubleshoot API calls and perform technical analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies across engagements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and partner teams to resolve blockers and ensure timely integrations.
• Conduct customer training to enable effective use of the A3 platform and promote successful launches.
• Identify and resolve issues during implementation, advocating for the customer and maintaining momentum.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and clean handoffs at project close.
