FIS is seeking an IBS Teller Consultant II to lead teller implementation projects for financial institutions. You will guide workshops, assess operations, and ensure solution readiness through go-live, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.

You will document decisions, risks, and actions, support training and conversion activities, and assist clients in stabilizing post-go-live, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support with a focus on client

Qualifications

• Experience supporting software implementations or financial technology solutions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into guidance.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to lead meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Strong organizational and multi-workstream planning skills.
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Experience across cross-functional teams and lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBS Teller implementation activities and meet milestones.
• Assess branch operations, teller workflows, and solution readiness.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Support configuration validation, testing coordination, and training readiness.
• Document decisions, risks, defects, and action items.
• Collaborate with project managers, product, and technical teams.
• Analyze challenges and elevate risks when needed.
• Provide guidance on IBS Teller functionality and best practices.
• Contribute to implementation methodologies and knowledge resources.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and handoff to support.
