Job summary

FIS is seeking an Implementation Analyst II to guide small and regional bank customers through launches on our A3 SaaS banking origination platform. You will serve as the primary project lead for 5–6 concurrent client implementations, guiding kickoff through go-live with a focus on a seamless customer experience.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams, map API configurations, troubleshoot integrations, and keep detailed project plans on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional services, implementation, or technical consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, configuration mapping, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Ability to manage 5–6 concurrent projects with attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Strong client-facing communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust.
• Analytical skills to diagnose issues across technical and process areas.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Understanding of banking operations, origination processes, or fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–6 concurrent client implementation projects end-to-end, managing timelines and risks.
• Conduct discovery sessions and guide configuration decisions for client accounts.
• Map API configurations for banking core integrations and troubleshoot API calls.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and action items.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and partner teams to resolve blockers.
• Deliver training to customers on configuring and using the A3 platform.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and high satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and clean handoffs at close.
