Job summary

FIS in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Growth to lead a team that manages legacy LFI bank platform projects and grows new LFI engagements on the A3 SaaS platform. You’ll oversee both high-volume T&M requests and large multi-month implementations, guiding delivery and executive relationships.

You will mentor implementation consultants, balance daily delivery with long-term strategic work, manage budgets and LOEs, and report to the Director of Implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, program management, or implementation roles within fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• At least 3 years in a people leadership capacity.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements for large enterprise or financial institutions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and guide delivery.
• Proven track record in managing T&M budgets, LOEs, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legacy LFI portfolio management with high-volume change requests.
• Lead the A3 engagements for large financial institutions on the SaaS platform.
• Mentor consultants in program management, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, product, and partners.
• Maintain executive relationships and provide escalation support.
