Job summary

FIS is seeking a Consultant II - IBS Teller to lead teller technology implementations for financial institution clients. You will partner with clients to understand requirements, guide delivery activities, and drive project readiness from discovery through stabilization.

You will work across project, product, technical, and support teams to ensure successful outcomes, manage risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementations, professional services, client consulting, or fintech projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into implementation guidance.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and manage follow-up actions.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail and quality outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of implementation lifecycle: discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, stabilization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBS Teller implementation activities and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess operations, workflows, and requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and status reviews with clear communication.
• Support validation, testing coordination, training readiness, and go-live planning.
• Document decisions, risks, dependencies, defects, and action items.
• Coordinate with project managers, product teams, and technical resources to advance goals.
• Identify implementation challenges, propose solutions, and escalate risks.
• Provide guidance on IBS Teller functionality and industry best practices.
• Contribute to documentation standards and process improvements.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and transition to support.
