FIS is seeking an Implementation Analyst II to lead 5-6 bank customer implementations end-to-end on our A3 SaaS platform. You will guide configuration, API mapping, and issue resolution while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time launches and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in professional services, strong project management, and hands-on API experience. This role focuses on customer success in a fast-paced banking tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional services, implementation, or technical consulting in finance/fintech or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Hands-on experience reading API docs, configuring integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills to track plans, milestones and risks.
• Confident in client-facing communications and setting expectations.
• Analytical problem-solving for technical and process issues.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of banking operations or origination processes is a plus.
• Proven collaboration across internal teams and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-6 client implementations end-to-end, managing timelines and risks.
• Guide customers through platform configuration decisions and best practices.
• Map API configurations for core banking integrations and troubleshoot calls.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, product and partners to unblock dependencies.
• Conduct training sessions to enable customers on the A3 platform.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain momentum and satisfaction.
• Documentation and clean handoffs at project close.
