Job summary

You will coordinate with Outside Sales Reps, CRR, PSD, and NCS Specialists to map client processes, drive adoption, and deliver a smooth, timely transition to Paycom's ongoing service. Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma (White Belt, Green Belt), CAPM, CSM, PMP, MBA or comparable program are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation from kickoff through transition to long-term care.
• Own the client implementation experience and ensure first payroll readiness.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Map client processes, identify pain points, and drive adoption of Paycom solutions.
• Train clients on setup, configuration, and best practices to achieve full product utilization.
