Job summary

Paychex, in partnership with Paycor, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard clients and deliver multi-product implementations. You will serve as the main client contact, define objectives, and guide system configurations to maximize productivity and retention.

The role emphasizes building immediate rapport, understanding client needs, and driving the implementation forward through proactive consultation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience; implementation, project management or B2B sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of new clients from their existing HR software to the Paycor product suite to ensure a smooth conversion.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process and escalate issues to partners as needed.
• Establish strong relationships with clients with clear expectations and mutual trust.
• Consult clients on best practices and system/process changes to meet milestones and goals.
• Coordinate with non-client facing team members to ensure accurate database configuration.
• Test client data and Paycor configuration to ensure proper functionality and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate, analyze and propose solutions for client issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate project status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders; identify risks.
• Conduct face-to-face or web-based system review sessions with new users.
• Work with sales partners to align client expectations and provide technical support.
• Transition clients to ongoing Client Services after successful implementation.
• Other duties as assigned
