Job summary

Paycom in Corporate Austin, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented onboarding support specialist to assist the Implementation team with onboarding new clients. You will help maintain accurate records across systems under the direction of the Director of Implementation.

Responsibilities include coordinating information with internal teams and external vendors, attending kick-off and ongoing meetings, tracking deadlines, and loading documents into portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Employee benefits experience preferred.
• TPA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Implementation Managers in distributing information to internal teams and external vendors.
• Attend external and internal initial and ongoing implementation meetings.
• Monitor deliverables and deadlines from the internal teams regarding implementation tasks.
• Monitor deliverables and deadlines for external vendors on implementation tasks.
• Coordinate all contracts and other required documentation with new groups.
• Act as liaison between operations and client/broker regarding questions and missing information.
• Implements small group block of business independently.
• Create group in internal Group Management system.
• Load and update documentation to portals and applicable systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Implementation.
