Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Transition Specialist Representative to lead client implementations from kickoff through transition to long-term care. You will partner with Outside Sales Reps, CRR, PSD and NCS to drive 100% usage and adoption of Paycom solutions, ensuring first payroll readiness.

The role requires skilled project management, strong communication, and the ability to map client processes, manage timelines, and train clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage projects and timelines.
• Experience with Paycom or payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation from kickoff to long-term transition.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, CRR, PSD, and NCS teams.
• Ensure 100% product adoption and first payroll readiness.
• Map client processes and identify efficiency gains through Paycom.
• Manage project timelines and client milestones.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients.
