You will work with sales teammates to ensure seamless transitions and cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client usage, identifying revenue opportunities, and conducting face-to-face meetings up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships by ensuring ongoing usage, retention and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and Transition Specialist to ensure smooth client ownership transfer during onboarding.
• Achieve sales quotas through retention and account expansion strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and present performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Develop understanding of client organizational structure and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
