Job summary

PAYCO The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. seeks a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation across our systems, processes, and products, driving seamless client experiences and thorough UAT.

You will troubleshoot product questions, coordinate plans, and ensure alignment between clients and internal teams. The role requires a BS in CS or related field with 5+ years in onboarding, 3+ years in testing support, and strong XML/ messaging and SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience.
3+ years of testing support for internally developed applications.
Experience with Windows and Linux distributed systems; IBM MQ/Connect Direct.
XML messaging knowledge and strong written/verbal communication.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to work with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with MS Office including MS Project; SDLC and QA experience.

Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and implementation activities for timely adoption.
Develop certification plans validating business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
Identify, document, and track issues with tech teams for resolution.
Test new product software and enhancements; maintain test results and metrics.
Create training materials, user guides, and end-user support docs.
Coordinate configurations, data migrations, and client-specific customizations.
Monitor implementation progress and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
