Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard Paycor clients, guiding multi-product deployments and ensuring smooth transitions from existing HCM systems. You will serve as primary client contact, align requirements, drive milestones, test configurations, and collaborate with sales and support to maximize client value and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of new clients to Paycor product suite via effective client service and change management to ensure a smooth conversion.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process; escalate needs and issues to business partners and management as appropriate.
• Establish strong client relationships with clear expectation-setting and mutual trust; ensure client requirements and business objectives are defined and understood by the project team.
• Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve milestones and goals.
• Work with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configuration.
• Test client data and Paycor configuration to ensure proper functionality; resolve data discrepancies from testing and initial production activity.
• Investigate, analyze and propose solutions for client issues; collaborate with leadership and Support to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real-time updates to stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Conduct face-to-face and remote review sessions with new users; support Sales with technical expertise when needed.
• Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support after successful implementation.
