Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role requires configuring integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, including online banking and core processing, often in Azure-hosted environments.

You’ll serve as the Centrix product expert on each project. You will work directly with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Hosting, using

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5+ years in project management or financial services.
Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
Excellent written/oral communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Assess project risks and develop mitigating strategies.
Mentor PMs and train Implementation resources.
Coordinate with Solutions Architect and Development for feasible solutions.
Liaise with sponsors and client executives on timing and requirements.
Oversee testing and case resolution.
