Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role configures integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, including online banking applications, core processing, and third-party services, often within Azure-hosted environments.

You'll collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Hosting, translating technical details into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 5+ years in project management or financial services, in a consultative role.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architectures and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with technical teams and FI senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess project risks and design mitigating strategies to keep initiatives on track.
• Train teams on best practices and proper execution of implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and Development to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Serve as a liaison with sponsors and client executives on timing, functionality, and go-live requirements.
• Mentor PMs and junior staff in product expertise, case resolution, and client communication.
