Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role includes configuring integrations with banks, core processing systems, and Azure-hosted environments, while serving as the Centrix product expert on projects.

You will work directly with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical details into actionable client guidance and project status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of project management or financial services experience.
• Fluent English communication and ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Assess project risks and develop mitigating strategies.
• Lead on-site activities and training for best practices.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and Development to validate feasibility of solutions.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate with executive sponsors.
• Mentor project managers and resources across projects.
• Support case management and timely issue resolution.
