Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on, consultative role involves configuring integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems within Azure environments.

You will work with clients, PMs, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical details into actionable guidance and ensuring go-live readiness. A strong background in finance and enterprise deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or financial services.
• Ability to interface with both technical teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Assess project risks and build mitigating strategies.
• Train others in best practices and proper execution.
• Lead on-site activities and guide teams through key milestones.
• Ensure solutions are feasible with Solutions Architect and Development teams.
• Communicate with sponsors and client executives about timing and requirements.
• Mentor PMs and project resources in product expertise and communication.
