Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role configures and architects integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, including online banking applications and Azure-hosted environments.

You will work with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful go-lives, translating complex technical detail into actionable guidance for stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience with Azure architecture and cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, especially case management; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Translate business requirements into technical configuration and integration plans.
• Designs, builds, and tests connections between Centrix solutions and external systems.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Azure-hosted client environments.
• Hands-on configuration and technical tasks for client implementations.
• Manage and update cases in Salesforce; inform stakeholders.
• Problem-solve technical issues independently; escalate only when needed.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and Delivery to unblock client work.
• Create tools, scripts, or process improvements to increase quality, security, and delivery speed.
