Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role requires configuring integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, including online banking applications and core processing systems, often in Azure-hosted environments.

You will act as the Centrix product expert on each project. You'll work directly with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in project management or financial services, including consultative roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical teams and senior management.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assess project risks and develop mitigating strategies.
• Train others in best practices and execution.
• Guide teams through key on-site activities and plans.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and Development to ensure feasibility of solutions.
• Liaise with sponsors and client executives on timing, functionality, and back-office needs for go-live.
• Mentor PMs and train other implementation resources in product expertise and process improvement.
• Support case management and timely issue resolution through reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in product features and functionality.
• Help build requirements and solution design.
• Analyze customer business and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
• Oversee testing and case resolution.
