Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. You will configure and architect integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, often within Azure-hosted environments, acting as the Centrix expert on each project.

You’ll work with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver go-live-ready solutions. You will translate technical details into actionable steps for clients and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience with Azure architectures and cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience with Salesforce case management and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple client implementations.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into technical configuration and integration plans with clients.
• Design, build, and test connections between Centrix solutions and external systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure-hosted client environments.
• Perform hands-on configuration tasks for each client implementation.
• Manage cases in Salesforce and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop tools or scripts to improve quality, security, and delivery speed.
• Track implementation status against timelines and scope.
