Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands‑on role configures and integrates Q2 platforms with external systems, including online banking applications, core processing systems, and third‑party services, often within Azure-hosted environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5–7 years of experience in implementation engineering or related field.
• Experience with Azure architecture and cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, particularly case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to own quality checkpoints.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple client implementations independently.
• Comfort working directly with clients and managing expectations on live projects.
• Understanding of DB design and TSQL related to enterprise configuration, installation, and debugging.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent people and teamwork skills with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical configuration and integration plans with clients.
• Designs, builds, and tests connections between Q2 Centrix solutions and external systems.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot client environments in Azure-hosted architecture.
• Hands-on configuration and technical tasks for each client implementation.
• Manage cases in Salesforce and keep stakeholders informed.
• Troubleshoot routine to complex issues, escalating only when needed.
• Build cross-functional relationships to unblock client work and drive buy-in.
• Create tools, scripts, or process improvements to increase quality and delivery speed.
• Track implementation status against timeline and scope.
• Uphold security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
