Job summary

Q2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions. This hands-on role involves configuring integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems, often within Azure-hosted environments.

You’ll act as the Centrix product expert on each project and collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive go-live success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in project management or financial services.
• Experience in consultative role in financial services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to train others and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess project risks and define mitigating strategies.
• Architect and configure integrations between Q2 platforms and external systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Hosting teams.
• Lead client engagement and manage expectations of sponsors and executives.
• Ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy controls are followed.
• Mentor PMs and junior resources in product expertise and processes.
• Support testing and case resolution activities to go-live.
• Translate technical details into client-friendly terms.
