Job summary

Paylocity in Meridian, ID is seeking a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with a strong focus on data migration, validation and test payroll execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation and Managed Services teams to ensure successful outcomes and timely go‑live dates.

This in-office role requires 3+ years in customer-facing work and 2+ years in HCM consultation, with CPP as a plus; strong Excel skills and Paylocity knowledge are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Customer Service or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge preferred.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong organizational, time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementations focusing on data migration, validation and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation and Managed Services teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services.
• Drive projects to completion and meet go-live dates.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
