Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in B2B sales, dental/medical device, or value-based commercial sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and convert new customers within the assigned territory, focusing on untapped accounts and high-potential opportunities.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet as a secondary focus.
• Build a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, and local market events.
• Position Implants MIS value line as a compelling solution for practices seeking clinical reliability and value.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies identifying pain points, gaps, and adoption barriers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations connecting product value to practice growth and workflow needs.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps and commitments.
• Own territory growth goals including new accounts, share of wallet, funnel progression, and revenue attainment.
• Analyze territory data and market trends to prioritize high-value opportunities.
