Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to join our risk solutions team in the United States. You will handle lost time claims, gather information, and liaise with insured parties and insurers to resolve matters efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of WC claims experience, a valid state license or the ability to obtain one within three months, and knowledge of multiple jurisdictions. Strong client service and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years claims experience with strong background in Workers’ Compensation claims handling.
• Active state Workers’ Compensation license required or ability to acquire within three months of hire.
• AIC and CPCU designations encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, gathers and transmits workers’ compensation information to CRS in a timely manner.
• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves lost time Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims.
• Mediates between insured and insurer, researching coverage issues as needed.
• Enters and maintains accurate claim data in CRS systems, including final settlements.
