Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager – Specialty Urology to drive sales, expand market share, and build deep clinical relationships with healthcare professionals across assigned accounts.

Travel 60–80% and manage key partnerships to meet or exceed objectives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in business/marketing with 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales, including Urology experience and product launches; familiarity with formulary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area with 2+ years of pharma sales experience.
• Proven top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationally).
• Experience in Urology and with pharmaceutical launches.
• Knowledge of formulary positioning and access strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep relationships with customers based on clinical and market expertise.
• Grow market share by closing new business in priority accounts.
• Support sales with clinical knowledge, planning and compliant execution.
• Analyze product trends and market dynamics to shape strategy.
• Collaborate with team and communicate candidly to drive results.
• Travel across territory; overnight stays may be required.
