Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and oversee SOPs as directed by Client and company policies.
• Be the main point of contact for our client and attend meetings as needed.
• Make logistical coverage and staffing decisions and communicate to the team.
• Hire, interview, train and develop drivers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with vendors.
• Review onsite records, reports, and inspections for accuracy and completeness.
• Promote safety awareness to improve morale.
• Conduct work area inspections and assist in accident/vehicle damage investigations.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes as needed.
• Attend weekly client meetings and respond to client feedback.
